Visiting this website

Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and request time in order to operate the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not set tracking cookies and we do not build analytics profiles. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. as our processor.

Job applications

When you apply, we process the information you send us — including your name, email address, country of residence, employment history, work samples and CV — in order to assess your application. The legal basis is the initiation of a possible employment relationship, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and § 26 (1) BDSG.

Application materials are stored in Notion and are accessible only to the members of our hiring team. Correspondence with you is handled via Google Workspace.

Retention

If we do not move forward with your application, we delete your data within six months of the end of the process. If we hire you, your data becomes part of your personnel file.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact apply@inversionlab.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
